Luxury on a Budget Gold RoomBleached & Sanitised Room!! The Gold Room hosts a small (4ft) double bed. It is more suitable for the solo traveller or older children with parents staying in The Platinum Room. My home is decorated to a very high standard with a boutique feel to the bedrooms. Fully stocked fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly refurbished and have massage jets to the showers. The main bathroom also has a steam function in the shower. Ideal to travel to and from London City.
Estate Cottage with beautiful surroundingsRectory Cottage is a beautiful Grade II Listed Victorian guest house part of a larger estate. The cottage and estate have been owned by my family for over twenty years now. We have recently completely renovated the cottage to its former glory to offer guests a short term 'staycation' when visitng the area. There is ample room for two parking spaces coupled with a private garden, ideal to enjoy a BBQ and a glass or two! We are also a short 5 minute journey from Chelmsford.

There is no bed as such however the mattress is soft, comfortable & for most people the space does not feel too claustrophobic.
