Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

The Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in an out of the way location on the coastal path. Peaceful and secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife including red squirrels. Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

At Fairway Holiday Park there is a bar/restaurant and a seasonal pool. There is adequate parking and a friendly reception open 10-4 Monday to Friday. The park is peaceful but on occasions, at the weekends and bank holidays, you can enjoy live music. Sandown Bay is a 5 minute drive away.

Discover your own little retreat a home away from home, located at the Fairway Holiday Park Sandown with an onsite bar and restaurant and communal pool, there are numerous beautiful walks in the surrounding areas and areas of natural beauty. Please note the pool and hot tub are seasonal, however access to two hotels in shanklin with indoor pools and saunas is provided for free.

The Guest House, Five Trees

The Guest House is a perfect rural get away. It is set in the classic English country garden of a 16th century thatched house in the Meon Valley. It has a private deck with a hot tub. The grounds contain a swimming pool and tennis court for guest use upon request. The pool is open in summer. The River Meon, multiple footpaths and a lovely local pub are within a few steps of the property. Use of pool, hot tub and tennis court are at your own risk.
