This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. Chill in a hammock and enjoy veggies from our organic garden or kayak the bay. Plug-In for Electric vehicles. 3pm Self-check in. 5-point Covid cleaning protocol. 28 day max stay per California law.
