Our large 4 bedroomed family home is set in the peaceful village of Belton just 2 mins drive from the M180. It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

This bijou apartment has been fully renovated to a sympathetic stylish standard over 2 floors. On the ground floor is a fully working kitchen with a washing machine and dining table. On the first floor is a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy lounge area with views over the garden. In the loft is a spacious king size bed but please mind your heads on the beams.

Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A stream with ducks is in the next village. The Laurel Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Can I introduce you to my beautyful cottage at the outskirts of Doncaster in Hatfield. It can be your own little space however long you wish for. The back of the property is surounded by lovely little cottage gardens. You have lovely views of the countryside from the first floor of the property. We have taken a great deal of care and detail to our two-bedroom cottage with the ultimate aim to be able to offer you a wonderful stay.

During colder months bags of logs are available for £7 or guests are welcome to bring their own untreated/unpainted wood.
