Use of smoking lounge with TV and table on request. Basic breakfast facilities - tea, coffee, toast, cereal - but there is a good choice of cafes, restaurants and take-aways within 5 minutes walk. Excellent bus service to Birmingham Arena, Symphony Hall, Rep theatre and city centre 5 mins walk away. Metro 15 mins.

Ironing board /iron, hairdryer and tea / coffee facilities provided as well as your own fridge and microwave.

Carriage Cottage at Davenport House, Shropshire

Carriage Cottage is an original coach house converted into a lovely country escape set in the beautiful grounds of stately home Davenport House. There is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area divided by the old stable stall, and high ceilings which make it feel light and expansive. Very comfortably furnished it has two large beautifully appointed bedrooms with king size beds and day beds, sleeping 6. A charming garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue are at your disposal.

You will love being in a quiet cul de sac, parking outside the house. Only a 20 minute walk into Sutton Coldfield, and Good Hope Hospital, via Newhall Valley Country Park. Sutton Park is nearby, which is a beautiful, 2400 acre National Nature Reserve. There are buses and trains within a short walking distance, to Birmingham, Universities, NEC, Tamworth,Lichfield and more! I am easy going, and willing to help with any queries. I have 2 gorgeous well behaved and friendly cockapoo dogs.

Double bedroom with tea/coffee making facilities. Extra snack items are provided but I do not cater for special dietary requirements! A separate private bathroom, for your own use, which has a shower over a bath. There is one double bed . One shorty bed which is only suitable for a child under 11 years of age, I also have a travel cot suitable for a baby or infant REQUEST THIS if you need it this is a terraced property in a URBAN area triple glazed windows reduce traffic noise.

Lovely and secluded behind electric gates, our home offers this beautiful peaceful room complete with modern day comfort to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A place to relax and become stress free. Travelling by rail is easy as one of the two stations is only 1.5 miles away taking youinto B’ham (30 mins) or Lichfield (12 mins). The historic town of Tamworth is only a short drive away with its Anglo Saxon Castle with beautiful grounds and gardens.

The Manor Coach House self-catering apartments offer guests modern accommodation each with its own front door with stunning views. Carefully converted from the original outbuildings of the Manor House the apartments are attractively situated within the stunning countryside of Worcestershire and are on the grounds of The Manor Coach House Bed and Breakfast. The owners live close by and are usually available.

Bathroom is private to this room (not shared). Peaceful hamlet within walking distance of a pub, 5 mins from Albrighton for shops and restaurants, 10 mins to the M54, and close to David Austin Roses.

I hope that Deuet Mat feels like a home away from home. Feel free to use the lounge and dining room as well as the garden. Your stay includes a simple breakfast of toast and spreads. Howrve, having gained my 5 stars from Environmental Health I can offer you other meals at a reasonable extra charge. I'm au fait with allergens and can also cater for Vegetarians and Vegans.

A comfortable double room with lakeside views. Access to bath/power shower, free Wi-Fi and coffee-making facilities. Breakfasts to suit every taste. A mere 10 minute walk to the city centre with Cathedral, theatre, bars, restaurants and shops. Jimi, my cockerpoo, and I welcome friendly (to both of us) dogs. one rule they must not be left in the room.
