This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Gaze out over Storm Bay on pristine North Bruny Island, Tasmania, The land of the Nuenonne People, the traditional custodians of this land. With access to three private beaches and walking trails you can be active or simply relax by the fire viewing the wildlife from inside. Either way it’ll be a restorative experience.

Sandtemple Beach Shack. A Tasmanian Secret.

Sandtemple is a beachfront shack, resting lightly on top of a tiny sand dune between Cremorne Beach and Pipe Clay Lagoon with direct access and views of both. A unique tiny home where the sun sets and rises over water. It’s a space like no other with views out every window. Watch dolphins, ospreys, whales, seals, seabirds in the bay or immerse yourself in nature by soaking in the outdoor tub, swimming or walking the beach or the coastal trails. And it’s an easy 30 minutes to Hobart CBD.

Possum's Nest is cosy beach side cottage 40 minutes south of Hobart and the airport. It's a compact eco-friendly home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can stroll to the jetty to fish, paddle-board or kayak or take a short drive to some our best surfing beaches. Walk to the shop for supplies and take-aways, or 5 minutes drive to South Arm to a great cafe, RSL club and pharmacy. Within a stone's throw to a gorgeous quiet sandy beach Possum's Nest is the perfect getaway.

Beds made up before your stay and towels provided. Have fun with the Kayak’s , push bike and fishing rod equipment on site also. Free bottle of sparkling and free WIFI. The kitchen has had a modern renovation in 2025, new kitchen modern appliances have been introduced to this area.

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Welcome to our peaceful Bruny Island shack. Situated at the north end of Bruny Island it is a perfect place to just relax and enjoy the views, stroll along the beach or brunch at the local cafe. Enjoy the wildlife with Echindas and Quolls frequent visitors to the garden and plenty of wallabies and pademelons too.
