This Circa 1837 convict cottage combines Georgian charm with luxurious, modern, and warm interiors. Holding a central position in Sandy Bay for your stay in Hobart, within a short stroll you can find gourmet grocers, locally stocked bottle shops, cafes, restaurants, Sandy Bay bustling shopping strip, Salamanca Place, parks and central Hobart.

Laneway hideaway

Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

The ideal base for exploring Hobart and its surrounds. Only a 5-minute walk to the Cascade Brewery, Cascades Female Factory, and the South Hobart rivulet. If you venture a little further, you will find the CBD and Salamanca waterfront.
