West Bay Delight

This house is a thirty second walk from west bay beach and is located in beautiful West Bay Village. It is a beach level condo style rental with air conditioning, free wifi. Guests will find everything they need to prepare meals inside and are walking distance to more than a dozen restaurants and bars. There is a kitchen to enjoy meals and a living room with TV to entertain. There is also a large screened in porch that is fully furnished, has a hammock and is surrounded by a tropical garden.

Great place to relax and enjoy some amazing Scuba Diving, Paddle boarding, Jumping off a dock, watching amazing sunsets from a hammock, etc. Our little Casa Mar has a ton to offer for couples or families with little kids. You can enjoy amazing walks by the beach each morning, a shared dock, shared swimming pool that is hardly ever busy and 300' of front beach that the community has to offer. Very kid friendly yet amazing for couples as well. close to everything else, airport, grocery store.

It has a fully appointed stainless steel kitchen and private stone bath. It features a queen bed, A/C, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.
