This first floor unit is the best way to feel the true resort experience. You're steps away from everything you came to Rocky Point to do. The kids can play in the pool while you watch from the patio or kitchen. The sound of the surf is just feet away. Anything you need to cook or walk across the courtyard to the restaurant or even better, walk to the pool bar and enjoy great Mexican snacks while sipping a Margarita, beer or a cocktail. ** There are no additional lodging or resort fees when you check in. Located in the Las Palmas Resort, enjoy beautiful views from your oversized balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Wonderful sunrise and sunset views as well. Condo is set up great for families with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with their own patio entrance. There is a new sofa bed in the living room with an additional cot available. Please note, resort policy requires one booking guest to be at least 21 years of age.
