Farmhouse-Chic Retreat with a Charming Patio

Guests have full use of the house, including a spacious kitchen. Four bedrooms with memory foam mattresses ensure you can sleep comfortably. The dining room table can seat 6-8. In the living room there’s a comfortable seating area across the room from a large desk - great for those traveling for work! There is a separate laundry room off the back patio. Guests will have complimentary use of detergent. Iron and ironing board are also available for guest use. On the property there’s an occupied mother-in-law apartment - with separate parking and it’s own entrance so that guests staying in the house are not disturbed by the apartment’s full-time occupant. The backyard is also has a dividing fence for house guests’ privacy. As a guest staying at the house you will have privacy, but I’m local nearby and can assist guests at their request. Behind the house is an occupied apartment that has its own entrance, parking, and backyard. Nestled into a cluster of moss-draped oaks, the house is only a short drive from restaurants and shops in Lake Mary and quaint downtown Sanford. The best way to navigate the area is by car. There are several car rental agencies nearby, with the Orlando-Sanford International Airport just 5-7 min drive.

Independent Guest house with a beautiful lake where you can have unlimited kayaking use during your stay as option(2 kayaks). Property is at lake Mary across Country club, close to Sanford, Boombah Sports, Orlando Fl, walking distance to windixie super market, downtown Lake Mary, dunking donuts , near Orlando Sanford International Airport. Walk to many restaurants and entertainment, 30 min to Daytona Beach. Near Wekiva springs. To go to Disney or Universal, we have easy access to I-4 and 4-17.

Our 1920's historic home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from everything. The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

Oasis Garden Cottage -cozy, chic, near everything!

Our cozy cottage is located within minutes of some of the best areas, restaurants, bars, and attractions Orlando has to offer. Winter Park and College Park are 3-5 minute drives, Disney and Universal only 20 minutes, etc. The interior is chic and inviting, with a homey feel. Enjoy the fireplace, play some board games, soak in bath salts in the claw foot tub, curl up on the porch with a coffee and read one of our provided books— it’s so peaceful you’ll have a hard time leaving for the day!

Bonheur Ala Maison

Bonheur A la Maison is the home that offers a beautiful, comfortable, spacious, convenient and all around happy feeling with the little extras and attention to detail to make you feel like you're basking in a lot of luxury for a simple price! Its everything you need from your blow dryer, to your plush robe and from your USB outlets at all bedsides to your built in wireless speakers for your music of choice. We tried to think of it all. Conveniently located near lots of shops and parks!

Orlando area pool home in Maitland

Everyone finds our home fun & relaxing. We are close to tons of restaurants & shopping. Only 1 mile from the intersection of I-4 & 414 (Maitland Blvd). Home, it is fully stocked. Plus a gas grill. Towels & linens provided. Games and toys for all ages. Pets are welcome with pet fee. Guests have private use of property, 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths and all living areas, back yard and porch with pool . There is an optional third bedroom available for an additional $35 a night fee.

Private Pool / Cozy Central Florida Home

Updated four-bedroom home in Altamonte Springs, ready for your stay! Perfect for groups. Plenty of free parking in the driveway and curb side. Only minutes from I-4, which means easy access to your favorite spots in and around Central Florida. Universal Studios, for example, is about 25 minutes away. SeaWorld is 30 and Disney Springs is about 35, depending on traffic. Plenty of sports complexes are nearby. Uptown Altamonte is just around the corner. No parties or events please.

Entire home located on 1 acre of land in the luxury neighbor hood of Markham Woods. This property is the ideal place to stay for a family vacation, or business trip. Take a swim in our large pool and enjoy the Florida Sun! Please add exact number of your guests, in your booking! Please NO Parties or gatherings! Please NO smoking on the property. If any violation occurs, your stay will be terminated immediately, and you will be charged a $1,500 fine!

Mira Bella South

Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) Florida Farmhouse - Sanford Historic District

The Florida Farmhouse, built in 1902, is a 2800 sq ft home located in the Historic District. A five minute walk from downtown, The Farmhouse puts you close to many great restaurants, craft breweries, quaint shops and entertainment venues. A great place to stay if your family or group of friends are in Sanford for reunions, weddings, sporting events, or whatever brings you to Celery City.
