Welcome to your one-of-a-kind, historic experience located in the countryside just 1 mile east of Springfield city limits. You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. A 3rd bedroom suite upstairs was added in '22!

Relax with the family at this peaceful home just outside Springfield. Recently updated, this home offers a spacious open concept for family gatherings, a private primary suite, and a large two-acre yard perfect for unwinding after exploring Lincoln sites, Scheels Park, Knights Action Park and other local attractions. Off-street parking accommodates large vehicles, campers, or boats, and the partially fenced yard adds extra convenience all with true country quiet just at the south edge of town.

Enjoy relaxing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We have a coffee and tea bar to wake up to in the morning. Bathroom boasts heated toilet seat, dual shower heads with unlimited hot water! Situated directly next to the Sangamon Valley bike trail, this cozy retreat offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a relaxing hot tub, and a convenient office space. The entire house is fully furnished and tastefully staged to ensure a delightful stay for all guests. Our home is within 20 minutes of virtually everything in Springfield!

Flower Farm Stay | Fresh-Cut Blooms | Sleeps 7

Stay at our peaceful 3BR, 2BA farmhouse. Located on Good Seeds Flower Farm, this cozy, well-kept home sleeps 7 (2 queen beds + bunk room) and includes a full kitchen, living room, workspace, and mudroom with washer/dryer. Step outside to a fire pit and outdoor dining with sweeping views of flowers and farm fields. Wheelchair-friendly with ramp, wide doors, grab bars, accessible shower, sink, and entrances throughout the home. *Field is in bloom April-early October.

Located on the North end of Springfield, just minutes from the SPI Airport, Amtrak station, Illinois State Fairgrounds, and downtown Springfield. Home sleeps 4-5 with a queen bedroom, double bed den (doorless) and sectional. I hope you enjoy this space and location for everything it has to offer, I am always happy to give local recommendations!
