This beautiful craftsman style house is over 110 years old and still has all the original woodwork making it cozy and inviting. It is also tastefully decorated with art and antique furniture giving it a very unique and boutique feel. Because the house is perfectly situated between downtown and Washington Park it is ideal for those doing business in the city center or tourists visiting the historic sites. This home is on a very private and quiet lane across the street from Washington Park. Your front yard is Pasfield Park Golf Course in a unique country setting only five minutes from downtown and the State Capitol. Please note that we do not currently allow unauthorized invite parties or gatherings of non-registered guests of any sort. This rule is not meant to preclude HOST pre-authorized visitors such as family and friends.
