Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Das "Gartenhüsli" ist ein eigenständiges kleines Häuschen hinter dem Haupthaus und für 2 Personen ausgestattet. Es wurde individuell gestaltet und nachhaltig gebaut. Das Tiny House ist ca. 25m² groß und besteht aus einem Raum - der mit einer vollausgestatteten Küchenzeile, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem bequemen Doppelbett eine vollständige Einheit bildet. Ein eigenes Bad mit Du/WC, sowie TV, WLAN, Geschirrspüler oder Kühlschrank sind natürlich auch vorhanden.

Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet eine prächtige Aussicht über das St. Galler Rheintal und eine herrliche Bergkulisse rundherum. Der grosse Sitzplatz lädt ein, die Natur zu geniessen und die Seele einfach baumeln zu lassen. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Internetfernseher und WLAN stellen wir Gratis zur Verfügung.
