Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The garden loft is located in the center of Murau, directly on the Murpromenade. On 2 floors (approx. 80 qm) it offers a spacious living, dining and 2 sleeping areas. Highlights are the continuous glass front with a view of the Mur and the garden, as well as the covered terrace with lounge area and dining table. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom (double bed, incl. door). On the 2nd floor are more sleeping possibilities: 1 double bed and 2 single beds (bunk bed) - both in the open space.

Die ruhig gelegene Terrasse mit Blick auf den Dachstein/Krippenstein, bietet viel Platz (30 qm) für Erholung. Wir bieten 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine grosse Wohnküche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, Waschmaschine und Fön. Weiters bieten wir einen Parkplatz, 1 Flatscreen und WLAN.
