Nearby sights include Xerri's Grotto, Ninu's Cave, Calypso Cave, Ta’ Kola Windmill, the Museum of Toys, and the nearest sandy beach of Ramla Bay which is just a 9-minute drive away.

This town house is situated in a quiet area of Nadur in Gozo, with a number of facilities nearby, including a bus stop and a small grocery 200 meters away. It provides some of the best valley and sea views on the island, and is 20 min walk away from one of the most secluded beaches in Malta and Gozo, namely 'San Blas'. If you are looking for a restaurant or pub, you can find all this at the local 'piazza', approximately 1 km away. The bus route also ends at Victoria.

This modern house is complimented with a large swimming pool and outdoor area with ample space for entertaining. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating 12 and sitting room with 55'' television. There are 4 large bedrooms with ensuite shower facilities. The house is fully airconditioned and has wifi.

High quality living comfort combined with space for relaxation and vicinity to nature mark this cosy house of character. An additional 4th bedroom at ground level was added recently to welcome 8 guests if needed.
