This 19th century cabin is your perfect cozy getaway. This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Less than a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this cottage is perfect for jaunts to downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain, Travelers Rest and Unity Park! Located in a quiet space with parking right beside the cottage. We are a straight shot to downtown Greenville in about 6-7 minutes. A State Park Pass is available for guest use. All the coffee essentials are provided. My goal is for you to unwind and enjoy everything Greenville has to offer!

My wife and I are fully restoring this glorious 1939 stucco home. When you stay here, you'll sleep in a master bedroom on a heavenly new king bed with a full private bathroom to yourselves, as well as a living room and dining room (no kitchen, though there is a mini fridge and microwave). Complimentary Nespresso will be in your bedroom on arrival, and you'll be minutes away from downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain State Park, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Come and enjoy!

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
