Capacity for four persons, ideal for couples or families. Common areas are super equipped: kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, Smart TV; one room with one double bed; one living room with sofa bed; and one bathroom. Super WiFi connection, and spacious windows that allow lots of natural daylight.

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!
