The bungalow sleeps four with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pullout double bed in the living room. Amazing House in the Heart of Santa Barbara

This home is perfectly situated. Downtown State Street is only three blocks away and the famous Funk Zone where you can experience top notch dining is less than a five minute drive. The beach is only blocks away and a quick 2 or 3 minute drive will take you there. The entrance to the North and South 101 freeway is one block away. Please be advised that this is not a party house. Large parties will not be accepted and can lead to guests being asked to leave.
