This stunning fully-removed home is located on the flats, within walking distance to Vons and 4 blocks from the beach. This 5 bedroom all with TVs, 3-bath home comes with an outdoor gas grill, patio and seating. There is an extra room that is a pass through room going upstairs ( this room isn’t private , though does have a sleeper sofa). The kitchen has new appliances with gas stove, dishwasher and attached laundry room. This home is great for families, large groups and corporate retreats.

The golf cart rental is 1/2 block from the house. The dining room seats 8, and a kitchen nook for several others. The kitchen is fully supplied.
