Traditional and modern mallorquin beach house - Touristic License ETV6973, full equiped, internet, aircondition (cold/warm) 4 bedrooms (2 studios with own bathroom), 3 terraces, 4 bathrooms, aprox. 120m from the beach, max. occupancy 6adults + 2children between 0-12years old, Sat Tv, safe, fully equiped. Electricity will be charged with 0.38Euros/Kwh, each person over 16 years has to pay a local tax of 1.10Euros/per night (low season) o 2.20Euros/per night (high season) - tourist tax.

La casa consta de entrada típica mallorquina, salón con chimenea y cocina totalmente equipada. Dos dormitorios dobles. Cuarto de baño con lavadora y secadora. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
