Amazing 2 bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Graça can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. The Graça District is one of Lisbon's oldest, most charismatic, trendy, and beautiful neighborhoods at the top of the highest hill with amazing views of the city. An open-air cafe, open late into the night in summer, is a favorite with young locals. Bus 28 Bus 734 ( Martim Moniz/ Graça ) Estacionamento disponível Metro até ao Martim Moniz ( Linha Verde) CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: We are as flexible as possible about check-in & check-out but for cleaning/maintenance reasons, check-in is normally after 3pm and check-out at 11am. You can arrive any time from 11am to drop off your luggage and have the keys, or earlier if the previous guests leave early. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. If necessary, I can take care of your luggage until your departure time. However, should there be no guests arriving that day, a late check out might be possible upon request. So please let me know the best time for your check-in & check-out. Security Deposit: 200 Euros security deposit will be held by Airbnb and charged only if reservation damages are found at the apartment. Do Not make noise or parties. Please respect the neighbors. This apartment has car access. Parking in the streets surrounding the apartment is payed and some conditioned and reserved for residents. No Pets allowed. No Smoking inside the apartment. One small balcony (lounge) gives you a view of the Tram trundling up the street with the river Tejo in the distance; You can also enjoy the private Patio on the back of the house connected to the kitchen and both bedrooms, chill out in a calm and comfort apartment in the heart of Alfama. It is full of history and represents the heart of traditional life. The streets are home to historical buildings, traditional cafes, and restaurants. Just outside the house you have the famous Tram 28, if you are quick enough you can spot it from the window and run to catch it!

Apartamento moderno e sofisticado num prédio do século XVIII

Sinta a vida típica lisboeta neste apartamento com bastante luz natural, tetos altos e o tradicional piso de tábua corrida. A decoração em tons sóbrios e as janelas amplas com vista para a rua proporcionam um ambiente relaxante e acolhedor. Building was recent rehabilitated, just like surrounding area. Access to the apartment is via the stairs to the first floor (no elevator) but when you go into you will note that the apartment is worth it. Apartment has cozy spaces on a extremely high ceiling rooms with the presence of traditional building materials area, such as wood and stone. The living room has a big ceiling light just like old palaces. The feeling is that we are in an extremely charming house of the XVIII century but with the comfort of the XXI century with central air conditioning and a modern kitchen. The living room is the center of the house with two big windows doors with small balconies with lots of light and overlooking the main street. Next bedroom also has a big window doors and the small balcony. Apartment it's 50sqm but is big enough to spend a few days comfortable. The house has one more two individual beds on a big bedroom . The care and attention to the detail is noticed. The Wi-Fi serves the entire house. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and ready to go and serve basic meals to a group up to 4 people. Note that there is a dish wash machine but there isn't clothe wash machine. There is a self service laundry at Rua da Madalena 93. On building door turn left and at traffic lights turn rigth and walk 50m. This apartment is an excellent option for anyone staying in the heart of the city, at a walking distance to most important places to visit in the city. Metro station is 5 min walking distance. The distance to the airport is about 15 minutes by taxi and has a cost of about 15€.

You have a supermarket in 2 minutes, restaurants and bakeries 1 minute, car park (fee per hour or day and weekend and night free) at the street. Tram nº28 passes just at 50m and metro Baixa/Chiado 10 minutes walking. Castle, churches, Praça do Comércio.... and all the great sights You can reach walking. Visit Sintra village You can go by train, just walk 10 minutes to train station. To visit Cascais and the beaches You can walk 15 minutes to the train station. We are 24h available for our Guests!

Restaurants, craft shops, and antique shops are nearby.
