One exits onto our private interior patio. The other exits onto a controlled access walkway that leads you directly to the beach.

Look over the Pacific Ocean sunsets and the Santa Monica pier from your room. Very nice studio in an older building. It is a walk up building so please take note. In addition, being on the corner, it is very noisy as well as noise from the bar/restaurant on ground floor. Amazing if you like location!
