Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Imagine a place that deer and tall wading birds looking at turtles sunning on a log while listening to the Gulf of Mexico as the waves roll in. The sun starts to set, and you walk down to see the sunset over the beach. Time for some music and entertainment then a walk around Gulf Place for dinner then a short stroll back home and sit on the screened in front porch enjoying the sounds of the gentle rolling Gulf of Mexico.

"Serendipity in Seagrove" is located on charming and secluded Barcelona Avenue and nestled within the whimsical tree canopy that steals the hearts of those who visit Seagrove. You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

Santa Rosa Beach Tiny House

Quaint, cozy, stylish home, off the beaten path and close to everything! Walk to the beach in about 10 minutes or to a restaurant in 5 minutes...to get ice cream, rent bikes in 4 minutes OR hike or bike the Longleaf Greenway Trail that starts 5 minute walk away! Enjoy your coffee or an adult beverage on the back porch with the peaceful view of the tropical yard with ponds. You might even see a little wildlife during your stay…😊 Note: Dog friendly!
