En la sala, chimenea y sofá cama doble, este espacio conecta con el comedor y cocina totalmente equipada y un baño completo. En el deck espacio para comida al aire libre y en el jardín área para hacer fogata. Contamos con 4 parqueos cerrados y 3 libres. La casa está a 1 minuto de Paseo Xejasmin y 10 minutos de Bonanza y Katok.

La casa está ubicada en el corazón del centro histórico Antigua Guatemala, en un lugar que fue alguna vez un antiguo Mesón de Oriente, un hospedaje público que alojaba a los viajeros y a sus caballos y carruajes. La casa está construida entre los gruesos muros de piedra, ladrillo y adobe del antiguo mesón, y durante su reciente restauración se utilizaron viejos ladrillos, dinteles de piedra y cientos de herraduras encontradas entre los escombros, lo que le da un toque histórico y auténtico.
