You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This charming home is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across the street. Also, you can walk/bike to shops, dinning and live music of Rosemary Beach. Also you can drive 4 minute down to Camp Helen State park where you can jet ski, rent kayaks, and canoes, and go to lake or gulf on them.

Gone To The Beach - Fabulous Beach House on 30A

My place is Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Gone To The Beach is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage with a tower that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village, on the north side of 30A. A community pool just a few steps down a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and beach access is a short stroll (approximately 550 yards or .3 mile).

Clean, bright and airy "Old Florida" beach cottage (duplex), located on the quiet and peaceful west-end of Panama City Beach. Extra large screened in Florida room, with wonderful Gulf breezes. One and a half blocks from the beach, in a quiet, desirable & residential neighborhood. Remodeled by local, winning artists, Yolie and Ron Strickland. Great attention to detail was used when decorating and remodeling this cottage.
