With modern appliances and custom wooden accents, this apt. has been designed to deliver comfort, while maintaining a natural feel.

My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

Our property is right on the beach, near to Hotel FlorBlanca, a short walk to nearest surf break. At low tide there are rock pools for exploring and snorkeling. Sunsets are amazing! If you love the outdoors, you'll love this house because it's very open to the elements, the sea breeze flows straight through and there is plenty of wildlife around. The house is full of rustic charm and perfect for couples, families (kids will love it but beware of steep stairs) and any adventurous travelers.

Set up is 2 bedrooms (queen beds), both rooms with a/c for 4+ guests. We allow max capacity of 5 guests, where the 5th guest may use the living area.
