"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

La casa es de nueva construcción, de estilo mallorquín, realizada integramente con materiales de la isla, en planta baja se encuentra la cocina , el salón comedor, dos dormitorios y un baño. En la primera planta hay una sala de estar , un dormitorio y un baño. Hay dos terrazas en la parte delantera de la casa y otra en el primer piso, ambas disponen de mobiliario de madera. The house has a land of 2000 meters with swimming pool, large terraces and different spaces to relax and enjoy the quiet area and its landscapes. The decoration is cozy and the house very comfortable, has many extras so you do not miss anything. We hope you feel at home and that you enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Need a break from your daily routine? Then come relax and unwind in our little house surrounded by nature. Connect with the tranquility, the birdsong in the morning, and the starry sky at night. In the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built of stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deià. A 15-minute walk from Deià and a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are close to the house.
