Welcome to Santiago, a tranquil town nestled along the southwest shore of Lake Atitlán. This stone cottage is set in a lush, tropical garden with Volcán San Pedro rising up directly across the lake. Have your morning coffee on the front patio or relax in the hammock. Have a barbecue or make a fire in the outdoor stone oven/fireplace or relax at sunset on the brand new mirador. Make use of the shared community facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and access to kayaks and canoes.

This charming studio casita is situated on a hillside with the best views of sunrise and moonrise over Lake Atitlan as well as fantastic canyon views. Very private, quiet, lovely gardens, kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We live in the USA, but we do have a gardener/care taker on site to assist in any way during your stay and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist.

A quick tuk-tuk ride or 10-minute walk from Santiago Atitlan, this property is the perfect getaway to experience nature and enjoy a secluded spot on the lake. The cabin can accommodate three people and is equipped with a private outdoor kitchen where you can cook and grill or simply enjoy a coffee in tranquil mornings and at nights prepare a fire with wine beneath the stars.
