This incredible "New York style" open space apartment is what you need to spend a memorable time in Porto. Its spacious, fully equipped with top of the line home appliances and furniture. Only 250 m away from the metro station Marques so guests can easily travel and explore Porto. It is also a parallel street to the iconic Santa Catarina Street where shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and services are available. There are paid parking spaces on our street, and one street further free parking.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.
