Enjoy a private patio that is also available for guests. We will be giving our guests privacy, but are available by phone or text if you have questions. SAP (Sharks & concerts) is a 15 minute walk. (We are in the real downtown perimeter.) This reservation is for our fully-loaded, newly remodeled detached unit bedroom studio in the back of the home.
