L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa Cere (la grande casa gialla adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata (utilizzabile tutto l'anno) e la zona barbecue sono servizi condivisi con gli ospiti di Casa Cere.

Comfortable apartment along the pedestrian area of Cortina, on the first floor of a typical Ampezzo house from the 1800s, easy to have everything at your fingertips. It consists of a large entrance hall, living room, kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower. Il nostro appartamento è ubicato in una delle più suggestive ed antiche borgate sappadine, la quale pur essendo a circa due chilometri dal centro del paese offre un panorama caratteristico e unico in ogni stagione dell'anno. In estate la meta più ambita sono le celebri "sorgenti del Piave" raggiungibili sia in auto che a piedi. In inverno, continuando per la strada principale per un centinaio di metri si possono raggiungere agevolmente le piste da sci.
