Spectacular ocean views from a privately owned modern 1 bedroom Villa with a luxurious Queen Bed. A separate lounge with double sofa/bed for 2 extra guests. Marina, Beaches, Coffs creek , Jetty markets and pet porpoise pool within walking distance. *Note we live upstairs and during reasonable hrs there may be some noise.

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
