Welcome to Noonmark, our year round lakefront cottage! Enjoy excellent lake and mountain views from a new custom deck and Noonmark's extended dock. You will have access to a beach, a canoe and 2 kayaks - the water is just 15 yards from the deck! Noonmark is a 10 minute walk to quaint shops, restaurants and parks on Main Street. Kid's nook with bed, kitchen and bathroom recently updated with new appliances. Cozy living space and lakeside fire pit will help you wind down after exploring the ADKs.

Jump right into the lake from your own dock in summer; watch the Winter Carnival festivities in February. An all season home close to the Olympic venues and all the Adirondacks have to offer. This cabin is camp to us and now a place for you to experience as well. 2 minutes by car or boat to the village of Saranac Lake. A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

The Covered Bridge Cottage- Ausable Riverfront

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. The gentle rumble of the river is ever present as you look out over the natural beauty. During the summer cool off in the river and come back to the screened in porch for an evening meal. In the winter fire up the pellet stove and get cozy. 15 minutes to Whiteface and Keene and 25 Minutes to Lake Placid.

Warner's Camp River House, Sauna & Swimming Hole

Warner’s Camp is a recently renovated, 1800's guesthouse. The house is located in the Adirondacks High Peaks area, directly adjacent to a freshwater river and swimming hole. Our cabin is perched so close to the river that you can hear and see it from nearly every room.
