Our unique villa is situated at the Ionian coast of Saranda. Part of a compound of four villas, it offers a wonderful view of the sea with a direct exit to the beach. On the ground floor, there is a large living space with a fireplace and a bathroom. Three double rooms are located in the upper floor, while on the top, there is a bedroom linked to a stunning veranda. Surrounded by a careful gardening touch, our villa becomes the perfect place for those who need a peaceful state of mind.

The apartament is very cozy and relaxing place with mountain and garden view that makes your stay more enjoyable. it's a suitable place for tourists and guests as it has almost all the necessary facilities and amenties that makes more easier for them to stay and enjoy the summer vacations. The beach is 100 meters away by the feet. The city center is 10 to 15 minutes away by feet. There are many coffee shops, restaurants , supermarkets around the area.

Akeron's Villa - 2nd Floor

Our house is located in the nearest village to Saranda. It offers a great mountain view and it is very peaceful. Here you will feel very comfortable and like at home! The city center is a 5-minute car drive from the property or 30' on foot downhill. It is recommended though to use a vehicle. Since the nicest beaches are outside the city, you'll avoid the traffic and reach those destinations faster from our villa.
