Welcome to The Chocolate Lodge, a cozy container cabin located in 1 acre of cacao farm. Strategically located in Guapiles, you can visit Tortuguero Canals, Puerto Viejo or La Fortuna in about 2 hours. We can offer Catarata Tours, Botanical Gardens, Sloth Shelters and more near of our Lodge. Also, you can rest in our river or make bird and frog watching. For a extra fee, you can arrange our chocolate tour and delight and discover how we make real chocolate. Our Restaurant also is waiting for you

River & Rainforest private room

This room is situated on the edge of our private rainforest preserve and has a small front balcony and access to over 6km of trails in the rainforest. The cost for your stay includes complete breakfast, and access to our rainforest trails. For stays of 3 nights minimum we include a courtesy guided naturalist walk or forest therapy session (depending on availability). Excellent wifi and common areas and walking distance to many local attractions.

Un moderno alojamiento tipo modular, cuidadosamente acondicionado, se integra de forma armoniosa en medio de la montaña. Surrounded by a vast biodiversity, you will be staying in the heart of Las Arrieras Nature Reserve! Our Wood Cabins are a unique experience to get in touch with the tropical environment of Costa Rica. You can get to walk in our 6km trail system, take a shower in the river, go birdwatching and have a nightwalk with us! Sarapiqui River Jungle Lodge private room

This room is located within Chilamate Rainforest Eco-retreat it's a private room with king sized bed and patio facing the rainforest. The cost of your stay includes breakfast and access to trails in the forest. You will also have access to a shared kitchen. We are located on the Sarapiqui riverfront. Excellent wifi and close to many local attractions and activities that we can help organize in reception!!!

Rainforest, River, Relax

This room is great for a family of 4 with a king sized bed and a single bunk bed and private patio. The room is on the main floor of the Jungle House Lodge, close to the rainforest and lodging includes breakfast and access to trails in the forest. You can access many of the activities that Sarapiqui has to offer by foot from here. You will be hosted by a local family working to preserve the rainforest!
