The Oculus Tinyhouse at Innisfree Farms

Innisfree Farms is a rural retreat in northern West Virginia with five dwellings on a 70-plus acre farm. The Oculus is the perfect country getaway for solos or couples. Everything you'll need and nothing you won't, including a comfy bed, a beautiful view, full facilities, and the great outdoors. Near Oglebay Park and Wheeling - but private, pet-friendly, and welcoming to all. One cozy bed - a perfect spot to read, hike, think, or just enjoy a campfire and the natural setting. Wheeling home with a view away from everyone

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

The Guest House on 8th - Apartment 1: Entire Apt

This cozy, updated apartment is in the heart of downtown Wheeling and is within walking distance to restaurants and businesses. One block brings you to the scenic Heritage Walking Trail along the Ohio River. With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. We'd love to host you!

Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Located 5 minutes from Marietta with easy access. Electronic keypad. Please enjoy visiting Roadrunner's Haven.

Rosedale Timber Lodge

Rosedale Timber Lodge is the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the hills of Guernsey County, with no neighbors in sight, you can truly kick back and enjoy nature. Whether you are looking to explore the area or just have a relaxing time grilling out on the back deck and spending time with friends and family, this place is for you.

Our location is within 25 minutes from the best amenities that the Ohio Valley has to offer. This is also a great place to stay for those traveling for work!

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
