Welcome to Pony Hill Glamping! Our 16×24 canvas outfitter’s tent offers a comfortable escape in the Nebraska Sandhills. A short climb up 14 bridge-plank steps leads to the tent site. Inside you’ll find real beds, a microwave, small refrigerator, Keurig, air conditioning, and a corn stove. A private bathhouse with full shower adds the comforts of home. Visiting for hunting season? Pony Hill offers a comfortable place to relax and recharge after a day in the field. We can’t wait to welcome you!

The Nest

The Nest is an upstairs mini apartment in a building on a working bison ranch. The decor is birds, flowers, nature. The windows look out over the pastures. The bathroom features a shower and small clothes washer. The kitchenette area includes hot drink dispenser, microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge. A cot and portable crib are available on request. Breakfast snacks and coffee are included in the room rate. Covid concerns: you will be the only occupants in the building overnight.

Cedar Creek Cabin

Outdoor enthusiasts, friends, and families, we invite you to enjoy your next Sandhills trip with a stay at the Cedar Creek Cabin. Our two bedroom, one bath, cabin sleeps eight. Located on a large lot to accommodate outdoor activities, including a fire pit. The park, Nebraska's Big Rodeo, and the town square (where there several dining options) are all within walking distance. The area's main attraction Calamus Reservoir is a short 7 mile drive, offering fun for the entire family.

Krause Haus

Neat small older home for fishermen, hunters, etc. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with tub/shower, living room and kitchen. Smart TV's in each bedroom and living room for you to access your streaming account services. There is no BBQ grill outside, but there is space available for you to bring your own if you wish. Parking available in the driveway directly next to house by the front porch if you wish. Street parking is also available in front of the house. No Pets and No Smoking.

Wagner Cabin South

Enjoy a relaxing stay with family and friends at the Wagner Cabins, a family-owned small working ranch in the secluded Calamus, Nebraska area. Our cabins are nestled along the North Loup River and just minutes from the Calamus Reservoir. A large pond with excellent fishing is just a stone’s throw from the cabin porches. The Wagner Cabins are two adjoining cabins that can, in total, sleep 13 people. If interested contact the host to reserve both North and South together.
