Casa La Ciucola è un’incantevole casa vacanze toscana, parte di una piccola proprietà storica con piscina in comune e spazi esterni privati. Immersa nella natura, offre un soggiorno autentico e rilassante nel borgo medievale di Raggiolo, nella Valle del Casentino. Gli alloggi indipendenti sono ristrutturati nel rispetto della tradizione e della sostenibilità, con pietra a vista, legno e atmosfera rustica. Il borgo è pedonale e garantisce un’esperienza autentica, lontana dal turismo di massa.

Casa del Moro

Dentro la valle del Savio, nell'antico centro storico di un borgo centenario, si trova la nostra casa: Casa del Moro. L'antico borgo in cui si trova, Mercato Saraceno, esisteva già nel 1153 quando Saraceno degli Onesti volle creare un mercato vicino al mulino ad acqua, sullo spiazzo vicino al fiume dotato dell'unico ponte sul Savio tra Cesena e Bagno di Romagna. Casa del Moro ha mantenuto lo stile del borgo medievale, aggiungendo elementi di recupero a sostegno della sua identità centenaria.

Nel cuore di Arezzo medievale, PIETRASERENA è una dimora per vacanze unica nel suo genere. Inserita in palazzo storico di pregio, a due passi da Piazza Grande, nasce dal recupero e riuso di quelle che fin dai tempi antichi erano botteghe di artigiani e commercianti. Un loft caratterizzato dalla sequenza prospettica di ambienti voltati, funzionalmente distinti ma lasciati privi di separazioni, dove la pietraserena domina sia nei rivestimenti che negli elementi decorativi delle volte a crociera.

Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). The Lazy Oak

Perched on a hillside above the Valdarno area, between the cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, the Lazy Oak villa is surrounded by acres of olive groves. The main house on two level has been fitted with bedrooms, bathrooms and new kitchen whilst retaining its old terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. Torre dei Battagli-Dormi in una torre medioevale

Sulla ciclabile che da Rimini porta in Valmarecchia si staglia una torre medioevale risalente al XIV secolo. Fatta erigere da un facoltoso riminese Fusso de’ Battagli. Un tempo torre di guardia di una estesa fattoria fortificata, custodiva grano e prodotti della terra. La gente veniva qui nel ricetto per cuocere il pane.
