Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά ,μόλις 30 m. από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού αλλά και από την παραλία με τις πολλές ταβέρνες, beach bars, καφετέριες, καταστήματα, τα οποία είναι στη διάθεσή σας 7 ημέρες την εβδομάδα. Το κρεβάτι είναι διπλό, το στρώμα του διαθέτει memory foam για άνετο και ξεκούραστο ύπνο. Η κουζίνα είναι μεγάλη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο και μοντέρνο. Το μπαλκόνι προσφέρει θέα στη Σάρτη και στο όρος Δραγουδέλι.

Η βίλα ανήκει σε μοντέρνο συγκρότημα 5 κομψών βιλών με κοινή πισινα και υπέροχη θέα. Κάθε βίλα 4 ατόμων, είναι 65μ2, με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια (με ντους). Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (φούρνο, φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, βραστήρας, τοστιέρα, πλυντήριο πιάτων κλπ) επιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, BBQ, παιδική χαρά, κήπος, πάρκινγκ, κλιματισμός, wifi. Βρίσκεται 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την κοντινοτερη παραλία, 10 λεπτά απο το χωριό Κρυοπηγη και 80Km απο το αεροδρόμιο της Θεσσαλονίκης.

Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

House Elea: deluxe summer stay

House Elea is a unique summer house of 35sq.m with a large private garden of about 1500sq.m. full of olive trees. It is located at the southern part of Sithonia Chalkidiki, in the village of Kalamitsi, just 120m. from the sea.
