One bedroom basement suite, located in promontory heights. Nice, and peaceful place close hiking, trails, rivers and lakes. Hot tub is exclusively used by our guests. Basement suite has its own private entranced. One very comfy Queen size bed, with a separate living room and private bathroom with stand up shower. Coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, this is not a full kitchen. This is perfect for a relax get away for 2 people. ***No parties or gatherings/no smoking on property***

Business license #101554 Nestled in a new development on the Eastern Hillsides of Chilliwack, this beautiful, bright, and very clean self-contained two bedroom suite is a lovely space to unwind after a busy day of work or play. This suite features an open concept living area, full bath, laundry, and two bedrooms (with a queen bed and two twin beds) with duvets. Just off highway 1 with the view of Cheam mountain range. Modern 2 bedroom basement suite on a quiet street. A short drive to Bridal falls, water parks, Harrison and many more beautiful nature activities. 12 minute drive to Chilliwack. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening in the hot tub. We are a family with three children at home, while we are not loud and the suite is well insulated, you can expect some living noise.
