Waterfront Beach House right on the sandy beach!

This is a beautiful ocean side beach house that is right on the beach. You literally open the door & walk to the beach that is steps away. The home is a duplex with two sides. One side is a long term rental and the other is available here for short term rentals. The sides are completely independent with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms each, a full kitchen with microwave, oven, and fridge. There are panoramic views of the ocean from the living areas and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Electronic keypad locks.

The Beach Bungalow is located in a quiet, beachside complex in Satellite Beach, Florida. This area is known for its good surf, quiet beaches, safe family-friendly atmosphere, and kind locals. New expansive oceanfront patio! Relaxation and good vibes are everywhere in our remodeled condo. Enjoy your days on the beach using our private beach access or exploring the area. This is a 1st floor 1BR, 1BA Condo with a Queen Size comfy bed, and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. It is just 40 short steps to the beach. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.
