Within 5 minutes of downtown Olympia and the Capitol. About 45 - 60 minutes from SeaTac Airport (depending on traffic). Good central location for the beach and Mt. Rainier. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

You'll find restaurants, a supermarket and more in town. Nearby you'll find two state parks. Ocean beaches are an easy drive away, and we're on the Olympic National Park loop. High speed Wifi and Netflix. Free parking. 2 pets allowed for a small one-time fee. Relax in this friendly environment!

This quiet hillside home with amazing views is ten minutes from I-5 and just outside of town. The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960.
