The Modernized A-Frame

Relax with friends and family at this peaceful mountain getaway. You’ll be welcomed with heated floors at your feet and a wall of glass that overlooks snow covered pines. Downstairs bedroom near full bath. Upstairs has a bedroom with 2 beds and a sleeping loft with 1 bed. Half bath upstairs. Unwind in front of the fireplace or watch a movie or play some games upstairs in the loft. Very close to:Boreal, Royal Gorge, Donner Ranch and Sugar Bowl. Sledding walking distance. We have sleds.

The Valley House, Unit 1

Unit 1 is half of a two-unit apartment hotel centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants in beautiful Sierraville. Yes, we do have Internet. Unit One is ADA-compliant with a large bedroom and bathroom. It's perfect for a family vacation with a sofa bed in the living room. From The Valley House, you can walk to Sierraville's two fantastic restaurants and it's a beautiful bike or car ride to Sierra Valley Hot Springs Resort, for all-day soaks, spa experiences and organic dining.

Starting from two cargo containers, this home was built to be a seamless space to enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing any luxuries while you play. Designed to be an off-grid, sustainable home, this house features a movable glass wall, which opens the living room into the outdoors facing the setting sun. The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.
