There is 1 parking space and a separate entrance in the back of the house. There is a double futon in living area, bedroom has a queen size bed and newly renovated bathroom with a large shower. We are located 2 miles west of downtown Port which has many quaint shops, restaurants and a marina offering many opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.

The estate includes our family home, this 3-bed cottage, and a 1-bed guesthouse. 8 minutes from Historic Downtown Cedarburg, 30 minutes from Milwaukee, 90 minutes from Chicago. A short 30-minute drive to downtown Milwaukee and 30 miles south of Kohler. The Interurban Trail is easily accessible from our location.

The location is very walkable and close to fishing, swimming, boating, biking, shops, pubs, farmers' market, homemade ice cream , and historical sites of interest. We live downstairs and often will be here if you have any needs or concerns, but are very conscious of your desire for privacy.
