The Stable Yard, Tranquil stay in beautiful Down

Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Stone Wall Cottage

200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

The Studio is a bright, modern self-contained space next to our home in the beautiful Co Down countryside. It is one large space (approx 36m2 with coved ceiling) with living area, queen size bed, 1 single bed and small dining space. We’ve lots of parking and a large garden - plenty of outdoor space for families. We are in the heart of Lecale; 3mi from Ardglass/Downpatrick and 5mi from Strangford Lough. A great base for enjoying nature, the mountains, golf, sailing, beach walks and sea swims.

The Bolthole at Strangford Lough

The Bolthole in Strangford is a small cosy home located in one of Northern Ireland's beautiful coastal villages. The house dating from the early 1800's, with a later extension, has living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and bathroom. There are great views across Strangford Lough to the coastal village of Portaferry. Strangford village is a great location near historic houses, castles and the Mourne mountains. It has great restaurants, pubs and perfect for Game of Thrones enthusiasts.

Unique self-catering house on Kilclief Beach, metres from the waves, with stunning sea views in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Strangford - The Narrows, Angus Rock lighthouse, the Isle of Man (on a clear day!), Kilclief Castle and the Mournes! Short drive to the famous Royal County Down and Ardglass golf courses! Cosy one bedroom house, certified by Tourism NI, with kitchen, dining/living area and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs bedroom adjoins a 2nd living area - the 'look-out'.

Island View Glamping is based along the Lecale shores of County Down soaking in the beautiful surrounding area of the Irish Sea, Guns Island, Mourne Mountains, Dromara Hills & Isle of Man. This unique self-catering pod, is ideal for couples, or anyone wanting a place to reconnect with the important things in life, watching the sun melt into the Irish Sea in a blaze of orange glory, crashing waves and the starriest of night skies in a luxurious and snug interior. The Barn at Pink Cottage is close to Downpatrick, Strangford Lough and right at the centre of Game of Thrones filming locations in County Down. You’ll love my place because of it's quirkiness, cosiness, stained glass windows and medieval feel. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, honeymooners, walkers and anyone wishing to just get away from it all and kick back in a beautiful tranquil setting.

The filming location of Winterfell from Game of Thrones is a ten minute drive away.
