Onze vrijstaande woning heeft een fantastisch uitzicht. De woning ligt prachtig gelegen in een vallei aan een doodlopende weg. Vanaf het houten terras kunt u met het blote oog de wilde dieren waarnemen. Herten, roofvogels, vossen... En niet te vergeten de sterrenhemel. Bij de woning is een omheinde tuin uitermate geschikt voor uw hond. Vanuit de woning zijn diverse wandelroutes de schitterende bossen in en omliggende dorpjes. De bakker is op loopafstand bereikbaar voor o.a. een frans ontbijt.

Vous pourrez rayonner vers le parc régional du Morvan, les sites touristiques de Dijon, Saulieu, Fontenay, les vignobles de Beaune ou les vestiges romains d'Autun.

A 3h de Paris, 1h de Dijon, 1h10 de Beaune , proche de la route des vins de Bourgogne , départs de randonnées au pieds de la maison, à 10 minutes d'un étang offrant la possibilité de pêcher et de se baigner et à 20 minutes du lac des Settons ( possibilité de faire des activités nautiques et de se baigner, tour du lac de 14km à faire à pieds ou à vélo).

Dans le parc du Morvan, à 20min d’Autun, belle propriété du 19ème rénovée avec un grand terrain de 8 000m² et un étang. Isolée (aucune habitation en visibilité), au calme et sans nuisance, la maison est située sur les hauteurs d’un vallon et dispose d’une vue exceptionnelle. Deux autres Gites sont en location à 2km du logement : "La maison du vigneron" d'une capacité de 6 places et "la basse-cour du château" (7 places)

Au cœur du Parc Régional du Morvan, ancienne fermette rénovée, bénéficiant d'une nature exceptionnelle grâce à son relief, sa faune et sa flore, avec une très jolie vue sur la campagne et le château de Ménessaire. Destination recherchée par les randonneurs et les vététistes, le GRP "Tour du Morvan" traverse Ménessaire. Nous nous situons à 10 kms du Lac des Settons et à égal distance d'Autun et de Saulieu (25 Kms)

House with heated pool - five minutes from Beaune

Our 18th century winemaker's house offers luxury accommodation for six people. Situated in historic Monthelie, the house is a short walk from Meursault, and 7Km from Beaune. Features include a heated pool overlooking the vineyard and 2 outdoor dining terraces . The cottage is equipped for food and wine loving visitors and has secure parking on site. The house is not well suited for young children who cannot swim.
