Die Hauptstrasse ist weit weg so das man keinen Laerm hat. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und ein kleiner Markt ist auch wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
