“Okaeri” - Absolute Beachfront Natural Paradise

“Okaeri” is an absolute beachfront townhouse situated directly behind the sand dunes of Murray’s Beach in beautiful Sunny Sawtell. “Okaeri” translates to “welcome home” in Japanese, and that’s exactly how we want you to feel. The end townhouse with direct frontage onto the green beach bush reserve. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and awake to the sound of the birds. A beautifully positioned home allowing for complete rest & relaxation. Hope you enjoy your stay. Not pet friendly, sorry.

We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

The 'Boatsheds' at Sawtell beach is a fully renovated unique funky apartment. Nothing is closer to the beach, estuary, & headland. Walk out the door to surf, swim, paddle board, fish, or walk 5 min to Sawtell village shops, best coffee & eats. Sawtell cinema, pub, & club, feature in the small village like atmosphere. The golf course is alright too. Suitable for a weekend or a week, it is comfortable, fully self contained with kitchen, laundry, BBQ deck, and peaceful surroundings.

Dolphin Tracks Beach Apartment.

Dolphin Tracks overlooks adjoining reserve and is just 130 m to estuary with beautiful Valla Beach just beyond via bush tracks through nature reserve. Surfing fishing snorkelling and Whale/Dolphin watching (seasonal) a short walk away. Dolphin Tracks Beach Apartment is perfect for 2 but can accommodate 3 with sofa bed in lounge. Easy walk to 2 cafes plus Valla Tavern and pharmacy. Nambucca is a 10 minute drive for shopping, cinema, restaurants and Golf. Coffs airport 30 mins away.

Jenny's Beachside Apartment is a tastefully furnished two bedroom unit located just 25 metres from the water's edge at stunning Korora Bay. Located just five minutes drive to the centre of Coffs Harbour with The Big Banana & Jetty area close by. This beachside apartment has two lovely bedrooms with a queen size bed in the main and in bedroom 2 a single bed and a trundle bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is an air conditioner upstairs.
