It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

Kiln House is a quality holiday home at Snape Maltings, home of the Aldeburgh Festival, with shops, galleries. cafes, excellent pub, and plenty of free parking. The colourful seaside town of Aldeburgh is just 15 minutes drive. Interiors are spacious and sociable with the ground floor wrapping round from the living room to the dining room, kitchen and office. Three modern bath/shower rooms for the three bedrooms give added privacy for all guests, with beds being king, double and single.

The Snug is beautifully converted studio, attached to the farmhouse but totally self-contained. Situated in the rural idyll of the Alde River valley in coastal Suffolk, it is handily located for the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and the coastal attractions of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the concerts at Snape Maltings, and Framlingham castle. Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.

The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. Originally built as a farmhouse in C 1700, Talltrees was recently fully renovated to an exceptional standard combining the contemporary open plan way of living with a warm homely feeling. This country retreat sits in over an acre of private land with the owners separate accommodation at the opposite end of the site. It is only a ten minute walk from the centre of Framlingham and its selection of eateries and independent shops. We maintain and clean our house to a very high standard.
