The large holiday apartment (41 sqm; ground floor, street side with a view of the railway) has a kitchen-cum-living room with kitchenette (oven, four hobs, fridge - without freezer, sink) with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cookware and cutlery. Two consecutive bedrooms (bed width room 1: 1.60 m; bed width room 2: 1.40 m) lead off from this, both of which have access to the shared bathroom (with shower/toilet, towels, hair dryer, facial tissues, hand soap and make-up mirror). All three rooms have a flat screen TV.

The comfort double room offers 25 m² of space for up to 2 guests. It features 1 bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and 1 bathroom with toilet and shower.
